Title: ThermaLuxe General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of products made on the website www.thermaluxe.com (hereinafter the "Site") by the company ThermaLuxe (hereinafter "we", "our", "us"). By accessing our Site and placing an order, you (hereinafter "the Customer") accept these GTC without reservation. We invite you to read them carefully before any transaction.

1. Purpose
These GTC define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by ThermaLuxe to the Customer.

2. Products
The products offered for sale are those described and presented on the Site with the greatest possible accuracy. However, errors or omissions may occur. Product photographs and descriptions are not contractual and cannot engage ThermaLuxe's liability. Product availability is indicated on the Site; in case of unavailability, the Customer will be informed.

3. Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in euros (€) all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery charges. Delivery charges are calculated and displayed before order validation, depending on the chosen delivery method and destination. ThermaLuxe reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced based on the rate in force at the time of order validation.

4. Order
To place an order, the Customer must follow the steps of the online ordering process: product selection, adding to cart, cart validation, identification (account creation or guest checkout), entry of delivery and billing information, choice of payment method, and final order validation. Order validation implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale as well as these GTC. An order confirmation email will be sent to the Customer.

5. Payment
Payment for orders is made by the secure payment methods indicated on the Site (credit cards via Stripe, PayPal, etc.). The order will only be considered final after full collection of the price and verification of payment validity. In case of payment refusal, the order will be automatically canceled.

6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order. Delivery times are indicative on the Site and may vary depending on the destination and product availability. ThermaLuxe cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, force majeure events, or incorrect delivery information provided by the Customer. Risks related to transport are borne by the Customer from the delivery of the products.

7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 clear days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties. Products must be returned in their original condition, complete, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned products.

8. Warranties
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In the event of proven non-conformity or product defect, the Customer may request replacement, repair, or refund of the product, according to legal conditions. 9. Customer Service

10. Intellectual Property
All elements of the ThermaLuxe Site, whether visual or audio (texts, images, graphics, logo, icons, sounds, software, etc.), are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of ThermaLuxe or its partners. Any reproduction, exploitation, or use, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written agreement from ThermaLuxe.

11. Personal Data
ThermaLuxe undertakes to protect the confidentiality of personal information provided by the Customer. For more information on the collection, processing, and use of your personal data, please consult our Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
